Okosu forged rolls(p) ltd suitated near Kolkata sea port away from Kolkata city for easy logistic and easy handling of the shipment. The company is engaged in manufacturing and trading activities of forged rolls for cold and hot rolling mills and special alloy tool steel rolls for sendzimir mills. Since inception the company has devolved into a trusted name with full customer satisfaction. Eevery care takento meet the delivery schedules and other stipulation of all customers big or small. The company has a complete range of products and can provide the rolls within Φ1500mm, the length below 6 meters, such as work rolls, Intermediate rolls, back-up rolls, sendzimir mill rolls, leveller rolls and related products for rolling mills. The hardness of the barrel is high and uniform; hardening depths up to a barrel radius of 14-30mm. The main materials are: 70 CrNiMoV , Cr12MoV, 4Cr5MoSiV1 (H13), Mc3, Mc5, 9Cr3Mo、70Cr3Mo、9Cr5Mo、9Cr2Mo,1.2362, D2, HCHCR.

Quality Inspection

Quality control is the threshold of all activates. Adequate care is taken to confirm Multiple rigorous tests assure the roll quality. The entire operation from selection of raw materials to dispatch of finished products go through a series of rigorous inspection conducted by a team of expert metallurgists for ultrasonic testing & chemical analysis – with calibrated instruments. Ultrasonic equipment’s are calibrated with respect to reference blocks as per the schedule. We conduct corresponding inspections after each process, for the final product, we will conduct 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
