Quality Inspection

Quality control is the threshold of all activates. Adequate care is taken to confirm Multiple rigorous tests assure the roll quality. The entire operation from selection of raw materials to dispatch of finished products go through a series of rigorous inspection conducted by a team of expert metallurgists for ultrasonic testing & chemical analysis – with calibrated instruments. Ultrasonic equipment’s are calibrated with respect to reference blocks as per the schedule. We conduct corresponding inspections after each process, for the final product, we will conduct 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
